The Service Tablet application is an iPad application for Automotive Dealers. It provides functionality and features to streamline the interaction with Service Customers who have appointments or vehicles being serviced at the Dealership.
It interfaces with most common Dealer Management Systems and allows the dealer to:
1. Check-In Customers with Appointments and create Repair Orders
2. Check-In Walk-In Customers and create Repair Orders
3. Perform a Visual Walkaround of the vehicle
4. Perform a multi-point inspection on the vehicle
5. Communicate with the customer via email, text messages and voice calls
6. Take payments via a credit-card Magnetic Stripe Reader for a Repair Order/Customer in the Dealerships Service Drive
